The Following Message Is Transmitted At The Request Of The
Tennessee Emergency Management Agency Nashville Tennessee.
An East Tennessee Amber Alert Is Being Issued For The
Knoxville Police Department For 10 Week Old Jeyden Kai-
Rennee Franklin.
At Approximately 11:10 Eastern On May 29, 2015, An Unknown Black
Male And Unknown White Female Grabbed Her Carrier And Diaper Bag
From Her Mother As She Was Walking To The Bus Stop At 5th Avenue
And Harrison. Jeyden Is A Black Female, Is Approximately 24" Long,
Weighs 8 Lbs, With Curly Black Hair, Brown Eyes And Was Wearing A
Purple Onesie With Black Flowers. The Diaper Bag Is Black With
Ladybugs On It. The Black Male Was Wearing A Gray Shirt And Blue
Jeans. The White Female Has Blond Hair, 5'7" Tall And Has A Medium
Build. She Was Wearing A Black Tank Spaghetti Strap Tank Top And
Shorts Of An Unknown Color.
