Crossville man charged with selling drugs in school zone

CROSSVILLE (WATE) – After an undercover operation by the city of Crossville, a Grand Jury has indicted a Crossville man for sale and delivery of Oxycodone in a drug-free school zone.

Terry J. Manis, 39, was charged with 2 counts of sale of schedule II narcotic in a drug-free school zone, 2 counts of delivery of schedule II narcotics in a drug-free school zone and possession of a weapon during the commission of a dangerous felony. Crossville Police Department said the indictments were served without incident on Tuesday, November 15 to Manis’ home on Cumberland Drive.

Manis’ bond was set at $40,000.
