Tennessee Theatre to host many events: ZZ Top, Goo Goo Dolls

KNOXVILLE (WATE) – The Tennessee Theatre will host many family friendly and musical events in the upcoming weeks.

Children can have fun on October 29 at a free event from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The venue will be hosting tours, cartoon showings to celebrate its history of children’s programming. Attendees are encouraged to dress in family-friendly Halloween costumes. There will be old-fashioned candy from Mast General Store.

The theatre will be celebrating its 15th anniversary of Mighty Musical Monday on October 30 at 2 p.m.. Attendees can hear music from Bill Snyder, Freddie Brabson, Paul Swiderski and more.

Straight No Chaser will start off November events on November 3. The a capella group is on its 20th anniversary tour.

On November 4, STS9 will perform for fans. The electronic band will play songs for its new album.

The popular 90s band Goo Goo Dolls will perform on November 30. The band will play hits and songs from its new album, “Let Love In.”

There are many sold-out events going on at the Tennessee Theatre in November: Bob Dylan, ZZ Top and Knoxville-native Kelsea Ballerini.
