Smokies host viewing party for first night of World Series

KODAK (WATE) – The Tennessee Smokies are hosting an open house for fans for the first night of the World Series.

Fans can cheer on the Chicago Cubs at the free event. The game will be shown on the video board and many TV’s throughout the stadium: Smoky Mountain Brewery Bullpen and Calhoun’s at the Yard.

There will be free popcorn, free inflatables for children and fans will receive a free ticket for the Smokies’ 2017 opening night. Also, there will be an all-you-can-eat menu filled with hot dogs, nachos, hamburgers, pizza, potato chips, peanuts, popcorn, soda and water. Tickets for the menu are $10 in advance and $12 at the door.

There will be wine and liquor drinks available and $2 beer specials.

Items at the GoTeez Locker Room will be 30% off. Fans can enjoy raffles and giveaways during the event.

Gates open at 7 p.m.
