KNOXVILLE (WATE) – Struggling to find a job?

SEEED Knox says their career readiness program is a perfect place to earn a stipend and prepare to enter the workforce. Classes begin November 1. The course is eight weeks.

Enrollment is open people ages 16-28 through October 25. Those wanting to apply can contact SEEED at (865) 766-5185 or visit their location at 1617 Dandridge Avenue in Knoxville.

The career readiness program offers training in resume writing, goal setting, cover letters, job application and various other life and job skills, according to SEEED. Organizers say the goal of the program is promote development and employment sustainability, while instilling environmental knowledge in our future leaders. By enrolling in this program, young adults receive an opportunity to gain a foothold in careers they never thought possible.
