‘The Final Season: The Perseverance of Pat Summitt’ book gives perspective on final season with the Lady Vols

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) – The Final Season: The Perseverance of Pat Summitt is now available on Amazon. The book, written by Maria Cornelius, paints the picture of what made Pat Summitt a champion in her final season of coaching the Lady Vols.

“The Final Season presents readers with a behind-the-scenes look at the conclusion of Summitt’s coaching career, detailing from the perspective of a sports writer how her diagnosis impacted her players and her staff as well as her fans,” according to the book’s description.
