MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) – Funeral arrangements have been made for 10 people who were killed in a Memphis house fire.

Nine people died in the Sept. 12 fire and an 8-year-old boy died last Wednesday at a hospital.

Media outlets report a funeral will held Friday at Metropolitan Baptist Church in Memphis for Eloise Futrell, Angel Mitchell, Ernest Jett III, Cameron Hollingsworth, Diamond Jett, Kiera Jett and Precious Rose Jett.

A funeral for Carol Collier is set for Saturday at Greater Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church, and services for Lakisha Ward and Alonzo Ward will be held Saturday at New Salem Baptist Church.

Visitations will precede the funerals.

The Memphis Fire Department says the fire was caused by an electrical malfunction in an air conditioning unit’s power cord in the living room.
