4 arrested after Knoxville drug bust

KNOXVILLE (WATE) – Four people were arrested Thursday after investigators found drugs and weapons at a Knoxville residence.

Investigators entered 2739 Washington Avenue on a search warrant at 6:10 p.m. The location was under surveillance for possible criminal activity.

Inside the location, the Knoxville Police Department found 102 grams in total of marijuana, four digital scales, sandwich bags, a security camera and monitor, cellphones, two Smith and Wesson 9 mm handguns and a total of $454. One of the guns found was reported stolen.

At the time of the search, there were eight people inside the residence. Only three were arrested for drug charges. One person was arrested for an outstanding theft warrant.

Kimberly Wallace, 42, and David L. Wright, 38, face charges for violating a drug free zone, drug paraphernalia possession, possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony, and maintaining a dwelling for the purpose of drug distribution.

Emanuel Howard,20, faces charges for violating a drug free zone and drug paraphernalia possession.

Tyrone Jackson, 29, faces charges for theft.
