BRISTOL (WATE) – An 11-year-old from Blountville received the surprise of a lifetime during the Kenny Chesney concert in Bristol Friday night.

That 11-year-old, Justin, and his family had no idea what was about to happen.

“I did my best to try to get his attention. All of their attention and no one would ever touch my hand but the Band Perry kissed her hand. I was in shock,” said Justin’s step-mother, Julie.

She says Kenny Chesney and Peyton Manning looked right at her son and she knew something was about to happen.

Justin was invited on stage with Kenny Chesney and the former Tennessee Vol, but that is not the only thing that happened. Chesney also gave Justin his guitar, which is something Justin has big plans for.

“I went home and I took pictures with it and played with it and stuff,” said Justin.

He says he does not really know how to play yet, but plans on learning.

Justin also says he hopes something like this happens to him again.
