SEVIERVILLE (WATE) – Two Sevier County residents have been indicted on charges of selling marijuana.

Randy McClure, 47, of Pigeon Forge, is charged with six counts of sale and delivery of marijuana and two counts of conspiracy to distribute 10 pounds or more of marijuana. Jeanie Howard, 50, of Sevierville, faces two counts of conspiracy to distribute 10 pounds or more of marijuana.

Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says several agencies began investigating in May 2015 and learned McClure and Howard were allegedly selling a large amount of marijuana, some in a school zone.

McClure is being held on $75,000 bond. Howard was set to be released from jail under the conditions of a previously posted bond on unrelated charges.
