KNOXVILLE (WATE) – Former Vol and NFL legend Peyton Manning was in Knoxville Monday for what he said would be his final Peyton Manning Classic charity golf tournament.

The 19th annual event was put on at the Fox Den Country Club. In previous years, proceeds have gone to both East Tennessee Children’s Hospital and Manning’s PeyBack Foundation, but this year Manning said all the proceeds will go to ETCH.

Manning retired from the NFL earlier this year after 18 years with the Indianapolis Colts and later Denver Broncos. Manning said he would keep doing the golf tournament while he was playing football, but now that he’s retired from football, he’s retiring from the tournament.
