MARYVILLE (WATE) – Maryville is hosting its second annual craft beer festival later this month, featuring a who’s who list of local and regional brewers, charming music from local groups and a brew crawl.
Hops in the Hills will begin Friday, June 24, with a craft brew crawl from 6 to 11 p.m. provided by Knox Brew Tours. Saturday, June 25, will feature a 2:30 p.m. beer seminar at Barley’s Taproom and Pizzeria followed by the brew festival from 4 to 8 p.m.
Passes to the brew crawl are $10 and general admission to Saturday’s festivities is $40. The list of participants includes Blackberry Farm, Yee-Haw Breweries, Bluetick, Fanatic, Last Days of Autumn, Yazoo, Fat Bottom, Tennessee Brew Works and Wiseacre Brewery.
“This year’s event offers tons of fun for beer enthusiasts, music lovers and anyone who appreciates the ambience of downtown Maryville,” said Blount Partnership Tourism Director Kim Mitchell. “We are eager to build on last year’s inaugural event with an even more impressive lineup of brewers and bands.”
