Musicians flock to Knoxville, singer to give secret concert

Concert-goers can enjoy a variety of music acts in Knoxville, including secret show

KNOXVILLE (WATE) – Calling all music lovers. If you are looking for something to do there are plenty of upcoming concerts in Knoxville.

Delta Rae is performing at the Bijou Theatre on Friday at 8 p.m. The band hails from North Carolina and consists for six members, including three siblings. Fans can buy tickets at Ticketmaster’s website for $18.

The country singer Sam Outlaw is performing a secret concert Friday. Singer Whitney Rose will open the show. The location will only be annouced to ticketholders, according to KMW Secret Show Series. The concert starts at 8 p.m. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased online at Eventbrite.

Bijou Jubilee! will be March 26. Nashville artist Drew Holcomb will headline the event. Holcomb is no stranger to Knoxville, he attended the University of Tennessee. The concert begins at 8 p.m at the Bijou. Tickets can be purchased online at Ticketmaster.

The Big Ears Festival begins March 31. Multiple musicians will perform during the event. On the first day, fans can see Yo La Tengo, Sun Ra Arekstra, The Gloaming, Andy Stott, Wolf Eyes, Olivia Chaney, Mamiffer, Flicker and Wow Shorts and Shambhavi Kaul: Planet. Also, the Knoxville Symphony will perform with Steven Schick. Tickets for the festival can be purchased online through Ticketmaster.
