KNOXVILLE (WATE) – Ladies can enjoy a night out and help keep people in East Tennessee from going hungry at the same time.
“Gals & Glamour” will be held on March 10 at The Jackson Terminal, 123 W. Jackson Avenue, benefiting Second Harvest of East Tennessee.. Those in attendance can enjoy cocktails, snacks and enjoy a fashion show featuring some of Knoxville’s latest trends.
There will also be a live auction, shopping and creative ways to support Second Harvest. “Hunks Against Hunger” from the Bully Lush Board Shop will also be in attendance.
“Since women are more likely to both donate to charitable causes and give at a higher level than men, regardless of income levels, we wanted to give ladies a fun night out while helping our important work,” Second Harvest Executive Director Elaine Streno said.
Tickets are $75, which includes food, wine and a fashion show seat.
