King’s Academy hires former Vol Tiny Richardson

KNOXVILLE (WATE) — The King’s Academy hired former Vols offensive lineman Tiny Richardson as its new offensive line coach.

King’s Academy head coach Matt Lowe announced the news via twitter Monday afternoon.

Antonio “Tiny” Richardson played for the Vols from 2011-2013 before declaring for the NFL Draft after his junior season.

During his time at Tennessee, Richardson won many awards, including being named to the 2013 Associated Press All-SEC Second team as well as the 2013 SEC Coaches Second Team All-SEC.

He announced his retirement from the NFL in May due to injuries.
