KNOXVILLE (WATE) – The job search process can be long, hard and sometimes depressing.

Knoxville Leadership Foundation is trying to help encourage people looking for work through their KnoxWorx Job Clubs. The clubs provide a space for job seekers to talk to people who have “been there, done that.”

KnoxWorks hosts Job Clubs bi-monthly at the following locations:

  • Cedar Springs Presbyterian Church on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays
  • Downtown at The Regas Building on the 1st and 3rd Mondays
  • First Baptist Concord on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays
  • West Park Baptist Church on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays

The job clubs are meant to encourage people, according to KnoxWorks. They said they allow a space for people to hear success stories, talk to business professionals and ease the pressure of a career transition.
