CORRYTON (WATE) – Almost 40 years ago, the members of Washington Presbyterian Church in Corryton started a tradition by celebrating fall in East Tennessee.
Oct. 17 will mark the 38th annual Fall Apple Festival. The event will take place from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. at 7405 Washington Pike.
This is one of East Tennessee’s longest running apple festivals. It is also a way to donate to families in need. During its history more than $175,000 have been donated to help people.
There will be treats made from applies, country market, handmade crafts and a silent auction.
