KNOXVILLE (WATE) – Oak Ridge junior wide receiver Tee Higgins verbally committed to Tennessee Monday night.
Higgins made the announcement via a video on his twitter page.
InsideTennessee.com lists Higgins as a four-star prospect and the number one wide receiver in the state of Tennessee. As a sophomore, Higgins had 41 receptions for 763 yards, helping lead the Wildcats to a 12-1 record.
Higgins becomes the second commit for the Class of 2017.

His commitment comes just one day after Tennessee landed a commitment from four-star quarterback Hunter Johnson of Brownsburg, Indiana.
