3 arrested in Sweetwater drug bust

Tammy McCullough, 50, Rollen Sharp, 31, Amy Alvarez, 39

SWEETWATER (WATE) – Monroe County Sheriff’s deputies spotted what they said was a drug deal in a parking lot in Sweeetwater.

Deputies said they were conducting surveillance in the parking lot of the K-Mart, located at 902 South Main Street. At around 4:44 p.m. Tuesday they said they witnessed Rollen Sharp, 31, get out of a a white Pontiac Grand Am driven by Tammy McCullough, 50, and approached a Chevy Trailblazer driven by Amy Alvarez, 39.

Sharp exchanged money with Alvarez for Oxymorphone pills, according to deputies. Deputies also said Sharp gave at least two of those pills to another person in the parking lot in exchange for money.

Sharp, McCullough and Alvarez were transported to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department.
