Seasoned Grilled Chicken Breast with Crab Lacrema

ART: Chef Hat

1 tsp soft butter
1/2 tsp saute & grill dust
Pinch of salt
Chicken breast
(Rub above ingredients on chicken)
4 oz real crab meat
1 tbs butter
1/2 tsp chopped garlic
2 tbs chopped parsley
1 tsp saute’ dust
1/2 tsp grill dust
1/4 cup red wine
1/2 heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Place chicken on grill and cook until no longer pink.  Saute’ crab in all seasonings and herbs for 2-3 minutes.  Add wine, then heavy cream and cook until it becomes a velvety sauce.  Add salt and pepper to taste.  Serve with grilled chicken.
