1 – 1 1/2 lbs red bliss potatoes
1 tbs chopped garlic
3/4 cup sliced wild mushrooms (or any mushroom)
2 tbs butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Saute in 1 tbs butter, garlic and mushrooms. Boil red bliss potatoes then mix with sauteed mushrooms and garlic. Add parsley, salt and pepper and the remainder of butter. Smash potatoes with fork or any desired kitchen utensil. Serve.
