Grilled Marinated Veggies

ART: Chef Hat

1 zucchini
1 yellow squash
1 bell pepper
1 Roma tomato
Slice all veggies 1/2 inch thick
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1 1/2 tsp dry basil
1 tsp dry oregano
1 tsp saute’ dust
1 tsp chopped garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbs honey

Blend all ingredients in a bowl and place veggies in marinade. Grill on medium heat till slightly browned.
