Brown Sugar Glazed Green Beans

2 1/2 cups green beans (12oz)
2 tbs butter
3 tbs brown sugar
1 tsp saute’ dust
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup wine


Boil and blanch pole or runner beans or other desired bean. Saute’ beans in butter, brown sugar and seasonings. De-glaze with 1/4 cup wine and reduce completely to a glaze.
