Parmesan Baked Chicken

1 whole chicken – cut into two halves
1 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
2 tbsp. saute’ dust
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. butter

Blend all dry ingredients (including cheese) in a bowl.  Heavily butter bottom of baking pan.  Roll individual moist chicken into mixture and repeat with other chicken half.  Place in pan and bake for 15 minutes at 300 degrees, then place on broil for 5 minutes until brown.

Remove from pan and place a tsp of butter on each chicken half.  Turn oven on to 350 degrees, return chicken to oven and bake for 15 minutes or until juices run clear.
