Chicken & Vegetable Medley la Crema

8 oz diced or stir-fry cut chicken
4 oz spinach
4 oz asparagus tips
1/2 cup diced Roma tomatoes
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp saute dust
1 tbs butter
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup white wine
salt & pepper to taste

Melt butter in a saute pan. Saute chicken for 2-3 minutes. Add garlic, vegetables and seasonings. Saute until 90% cooked to your liking. Add white wine and de-glaze. Add heavy cream and reduce to velvety texture.
