Roasted Range Chicken

ART: Chef Hat

1 range hen
2 tsp chili oil
3 Tbs honey
1 tsp garlic
1 Tbs butter
1/2 cup wine
2 Tbs toasted almonds
1 tsp saute’ dust
salt and pepper to taste

Place range hen in baking pan or saute’ pan that is oven-ready. On the chicken, rub chili oil, garlic and saute’ dust. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-12 minutes. Pull out of the oven and onto a stove top burner set to medium-high heat. Add remainder of ingredients and reduced to a wonderful sauce.
