Phyllo Dough Pizza

6 sheets phyllo dough
1/4 cup (or less) olive oil
6 Tbs grated Parmesean cheese
1 cup wilted spinach
2 oz. Montrachet cheese
1 Tbs oregano
1 Tbs saute’ dust
1 Tbs chopped garlic


Brush each dough sheet with olive oil and sprinkle 1 Tbs Parmesean cheese. Layer the phyllo dough sheets on a cookie sheet or pizza pan. Spread remainder of ingredients evenly on top layer.

Bake at 375 degrees until phyllo is golden brown.
