Caramelized Cabbage and Pasta

ART: Chef Hat

1/4 head each of red and white shredded cabbage
2 TB butter
1 TB olive oil
1 1/2 TB dark brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup white wine
1/2 cup veg stock
2 tsp saute’ dust
8 ounce of any cooked pasta

Sautee cabbage, butter, oil and all the spices together for approximately 8 – 12 minutes.  De Glaze with wine and the stock.  Fold in the cooked pasta and serve.
