Potato Lasagna

Ingredients
6 sliced potatoes
8 ounces sour cream
1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
2 cups sauteed red cabbage
2 cups caramelized onions
egg wash (1 egg and 1 cup water)
1 TB saute’ dust
salt and pepper to taste
2 TB butter

Preparation
In a buttered dish, layer like lasagna in this order:
potatoes cheese
small portion of spices
cabbage and onion mixture

Repeat 2 – 3 additional times. Bake @ 325 degrees, uncovered 25 minutes. Let sit for 2 hours. Reheat for 1 – 2 minutes and serve.
