Shitake and Spinach Fromage

Ingredients and Preparation

In a pan, wilt 1 cup sliced shitake mushrooms and 1 pound fresh spinach with 2 TB butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Blend into this mixture, 3 ounces Parmesan and 3 ounces provolone cheese. Mix well and place in a baking dish about 1 inch deep and spread. Bake at 450 degrees for 3 – 5 minutes. Watch carefully so it does not burn.
