Italian Rice Patties

ART: Chef Hat

Ingredients
4 cups cooked rice
1 cup parmesan cheese
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp saute’ dust
salt and pepper to taste 3 TB flour
vegetable oil for cooking

Preparation
Mix all ingredients together and roll into balls ( 2 – 3 ounce balls ). Place in heated oil to fry until golden brown.
