Chicken and Spinach Rollade

1- 6 ounce boneless and tenderized chicken breast
1 ounce sliced provolone cheese
2 slices of slightly fried bacon
1/2 cup sauted spinach
saute’ dust or grill dust


Layer the bacon,cheese and spinach over the breast. Season the inside with saute’ dust , salt and pepper. Gently roll.

On the outside of the chicken, lightly cover with olive oil and a butter mixture. Add a bit of grill dust for extra flavor. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 20 – 25 minutes.
