Chicken with Artichoke Hearts over Pasta

12 ounces chicken breasts
1 can of artichoke hearts or 6 fresh hearts
3 tbs olive oil
1/2 tsp fresh garlic
1 1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 cup white wine
2 tbs butter
2 tsp saute’ dust
3/4 cup chicken stock
8 ounces pasta of your choice


Saute’ the breasts with olive oil, butter and garlic for approximately 10 minutes. Add the artichokes, the rest of the seasonings and let simmer at medium heat for 5 minutes. Add the stock and wine, salt and pepper to taste. Allow to simmer for an additional 10 – 15 minutes. Pour over pre-cooked pasta.
