Here is the recipe for Turkey Tetrazzini as prepared by Jim Gregory of the Army National Guard on Good Morning Tennessee .
Spaghetti Noodles (break into 4 inch pieces)
1/2 chopped fine onion
1 chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1 26 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb sliced thin mushrooms
1 jar (2 oz.) pimientos (drain)
1/2 lb 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
2 lbs. turkey
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic
Cook spaghetti noodles and set aside for later.
Saute green pepper, onion, mushrooms and when veggies are tender add 1 can of mushroom soup and 1/2 can water, pimientos, turkey, 3 spices and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Add noodles, mix well, pour into pan, cover with cheese and put mixture into preheated oven.
Cook for 30 minutes at 350 degrees, or until cheese starts to bubble.
