ART: Chef Hat

Ingredients:
1 cup prescutto ham
1 tbs garlic
2 tbs butter
3/4 qt heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste
any cooked pasta
1/4 cup parmigiana

Preparation:
Melt butter in a saute’ pan, add prescutto or bacon, garlic and saute’ for 3-4 minutes. Add heavy cream, salt and pepper and reduce by 20 %. Add cheese, toss and serve.
