Orange Pepper Chicken

2-6 ounce chicken breasts
1 tbs olive oil
1 tbs butter
2 oranges
1 tbs saute’ dust
1 tbs grill dust
1 tbs cracked black pepper
1 /4 cup white wine (optional)
salt and pepper to taste

Saute’ chicken in olive oil and butter, add all spices, and cook chicken to desired temperature. Squeeze oranges into the pan and cook down 2-3 minutes, add wine.
