Marinated Veggies

ART: Chef Hat

Ingredients:
1 cup Olive oil
1/4 cup red wine or Balsamic vinegar
1 tbs saute’ dust
1 1/2 tbs Basil (dry)
1 1/2 tbs Oregano (dry)
1 tbs chopped garlic
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
Whisk all ingredients in a bowl, then place thick sliced vegetables desired in the marinade. Let marinade for 2-3 hours.
