Mandarin Chicken Pasta Salad

ART: Chef Hat

2 cans Mandarin oranges (rinsed)
12 ounces chicken breast (cooked and cubed)
1 cup chopped red onion
3 tbs finely chopped parsley
2 quarts cooked Angel Hair pasta cut in half
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup vinegar of choice (balsamic or red)
2 tbs saute’ dust
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
