desired amount of tofu (sliced in strips)
desired amount of asparagus 3 – 4 inch tips
2 tbs butter
1 tbs olive oil
1 tsp thyme
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup veggie stock
Saute’ tofu and asparagus in butter and oil. Add all seasonings and de glaze with the veggie stock. A hint of balsamic vinegar would be good as well.
