Stuffed Vegetarian Pepper

Ingredients:
1 red or yellow Bell pepper, cut in half and cleaned
2 tbs Olive oil
1/2 cup red onions
1/2 cup wild mushrooms
2 tbs Feta cheese
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp basil
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
Bake the Bell pepper halves with Feta cheese in the bottom of the pepper at 350 for 5 minutes. Saute’ onions, mushrooms and all the seasonings to desired tenderness. Pour these ingredients into the pepper halves and top with the Mozzarella cheese. Bake until the cheese is melted.
