French Bread Portabella Pizza

ART: Chef Hat

Ingredients:
1 loaf french bread (split in half)
2 Portabello mushrooms (sliced)
1 tbs Oregano
1 tbs saute’ dust
1 tbs fresh chopped garlic (optional)
any amount of Mozzarella
any amount of Parmigiano cheese

Preparation:
Brush olive oil on the bread, layer the remaining ingredients and top with cheeses. Bake at 350 until desired doneness.
