Honey Soy and Pepper Glazed Pork Loin

Ingredients:
4-3 ounce pork loin chops
3 tbs honey
3 tbs soy sauce
1 tsp hot sauce of your choice. Chef Jock suggests “Big S Farms Habenero Sauce”

Preparation:
Saute’ the chops in a bit of butter and black pepper. Add the remaining ingredients just until warmed. Serve the meat with the pan drippings poured over the top.

*This dish is also great with chicken instead of the pork.
