Mediterranean Pizza

7 inch pizza dough
3 ounces sliced lamb
3 ounces sliced chicken
1 ounce feta cheese
1/2 ounce Parmigiano cheese
1/2 ounce Mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup sliced Kalamata olives
1/4 roasted pepper, sliced
2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs saute dust
salt and pepper to taste

Saute’ lamb and chicken in olive oil, add olives and roasted peppers.

Pan bake the pizza dough just until it begins to rise (400 degrees for 2 minutes). Add lamb, chicken and all the cheeses. Bake an additional 6-10 minutes.
