Grill or pan fry the pork loin chops after coating lightly in olive oil and then with the dusts.
Bourbon glaze and/or Marinade Ingredients:
3/4 cup honey
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup Jack Daniels, bourbon or your favorite whiskey
1 tbs balsamic vinegar
1 tbs granulated onion
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients with the pork and let marinade for 2 hours. Or, use as a brush on marinade before grilling.
