Sweet Pea Alfredo

ART: Chef Hat

1/2 lb of any pasta (Cavatapi)
2 tbs. butter
1/4 cup sweet peas or sugar peas
3/4 cup heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup Parmigiano Reggiano

Melt the butter in a sauce pan adding heavy cream, salt and pepper. Reduce by 1/4. Add peas and reduce for 1 minute. Add cheese and fold into pasta.

Serves 2-4
