chicken wings
Peanut oil
hot sauce (use your favorite, or make Chef Jock’s recipe, listed at the bottom of this page)

Blend hot sauce and butter. Fry the chicken wings in peanut oil until crispy. Serve with sauce.

*Note:  Adjust the butter and hot sauce for desired heat. For milder sauce, use more butter. For hotter sauce, use less butter.

Chef Jock’s Homemade Hot Sauce Ingredients:
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbsp. Habanera sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
salt and pepper
Cayenne pepper
