Baked Orzo Pomodoro

Ingredients:
1 lb Orzo
8 oz. Ricotta cheese
4 oz Parmigiano cheese
3 tbs fresh Basil
salt and pepper to taste
4 roma tomatoes (puree 3 and dice 1)

Preparation:
Boil orzo according to package directions. Add ricotta, parmigiano and fresh basil. Puree the roma tomatoes and add to orzo. Add diced tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.
