Lemon Honey Pepper Chicken Breast

2-6oz. Chicken breasts
2 tbs white wine
2 lemons
1 tbs coarse black pepper (crush or crack 1/4 of this amount)
1 tbs saute’ dust
1 tbs grill dust
2 tbs honey
1 tbs chopped Parsley

In a bowl, combine juice of  1 lemon, honey, pepper, parsley and seasonings. Blend this mixture well. Place chicken in this mixture for 1/2 hour. Bake chicken at 350 degrees, for about 10-12 minutes (add all the marinade when baking). When chicken is baked, remove from the pan. Add the juice of 1 lemon to the baking pan with the remaining juices, add salt to taste and wine while scraping the dish. Pour this “sauce” over the chicken to serve.
