Chicken Breast with Honey Dijon Sauce

Mix together:
1 tsp saute dust
1/2 tsp grill dust
1/4 tsp cracked pepper

Rub this into the chicken before you saute the breasts. Saute the chicken breasts in 1 tbsp butter and 1tbsp Olive oil. When the breasts are cooked, deglaze the pan with 1/4 cup Chardonnay wine and add the following:

5 tbs whole grain Dijon mustard
2 tbs honey
salt to taste

Let simmer about 2 minutes or until the sauce is nice and velvety. Pour sauce over chicken breast.
