Stuffed Pasta Shells

10 large pasta shells cooked according to package directions

Stuffing Mixture Ingredients:
Mix these ingredients together in a bowl

8 ounces Ricotta Cheese
4 ounces Mozzarella Cheese (grated)
1/2 cup Parmigiana cheese (grated)
1 Tablespoon Saute Dust
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
Salt and Pepper to taste

Stuff the pasta shells with stuffing mixture and bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes.

Cream Sauce Ingredients:
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Salt and Pepper to taste

Melt butter, add cream, parsley, salt and pepper. Reduce by 1/3. When complete, the sauce should be a velvety consistency. Pour on top of baked shells adding grated Parmigiana cheese if desired.

*Note: Marinara Sauce is another option rather than the cream sauce.
